DTS Drug Testing Services provides accurate and prompt drug and alcohol testing to courts, businesses and families, etc. We serve Macomb County Michigan with two locations. We can tailor a monitoring program to specific needs of clients. Our hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. and again from 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. seven days per week. To insure accuracy, all specimens are observed by a trained technician. We utilize immunoassay and liquid chromatography/mass spectroscopy technology for drug detection. DTS Drug Testing an Alcohol and Drug Testing Service (DTS Drug Testing) has provided drug and breath alcohol testing services to the Federal or State mandated industries which are required to establish and maintain an ongoing drug and breath alcohol testing program.
Some of these industries include the Aviation industry, Intra/Interstate Highway Transportation, Michigan Independent School Districts Transportation Programs, the Maritime Industry, the Oil and Gas Industry and those other entities, which are covered by the various parts of U. S. C. Part 49 CFR. To provide compliance with the "Non DOT" Drug Free Workplace Program, DTS Drug Testing has created various "Consortiums" to accommodate similar/same types of businesses with a Drug and Alcohol Program.
This Consortium is designed to work with those small businesses that are required to comply with Federal Drug Program and/or Drug Free Workplace requirements but who have limited resources and do not have a large pool of employees.
We offer the follow services : DNA Testing, DOT Testing ,DNA Testing, Hair Follicle Testing, Oral Saliva testing , Urinary Drug Screening, PBT Testing and Breathalyzer .
We also accept walk-ins for most our Drug and Alcohol Testing. We have two convenient locations threw out Macomb county we are working hard to better server the demands of our clients,

DOT TESTING
The Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991 requires drug and alcohol testing of safety-sensitive transportation employees in aviation, trucking, railroads, mass transit, pipelines and other transportation industries. DOT publishes rules on who must conduct drug and alcohol tests, how to conduct those tests and what procedures to use when testing.
These regulations cover all transportation employers, safety-sensitive transportation employees and service agents -roughly 12.1 million people. Encompassed in 49 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) Part 40, the Office of Drug & Alcohol Policy & Compliance (ODAPC) publishes, implements and provides authoritative interpretations of these rules.
